Sitting under the sky
I think and wonder why
How all things that came to be
Have all been brought before me
With all that is seen I know
Life will expand and show
God has given to me
A blessed gift so free
I thank thee Lord above
For your gift of caring love
Not a word can I fathom or say
Can explain how I feel today
No longer can I be so blue
And it's all because of you
The tears that fell down my face
Are dried up by your loving
grace
I thank you twice as more
For your forgiving core
Making a saddened heart lift
Sent from Heaven adrift
And lastly, I truly thank thee
For always loving me
